Tom and Martha live and work
out of a former public school, the old Elkland School, in
rural Todd, North Carolina. The facilities include a 5,000
sq. ft. old gymnasium built of chestnut in the 1930’s
and a 7,000 sq. ft. brick building built in the 1950’s.
A 1200 sq. ft. timber frame studio is presently being added
to the brick building. We house a very wide variety of wood
cutting and shaping equipment, including a sawmill and wood
kiln as well as welding and stone carving capacity.
