Tom
Sternal has been a sculptor for over 50 years, beginning with
small wood carvings as a boy in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He
studied at the Minneapolis School of Art as a teenager, received
a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota and a
Master of Arts and a Master of Fine Arts from the University
of Montana. After an extensive career in sculpture and teaching,
his interests are now focused on the creation of sculptural
furniture, which include carved sinks, tables, chairs and
benches. His credits also include over 125 monumental sculptures
installed in public places or areas throughout the United
States and numerous awards. Tom lives and works in Todd, North
Carolina.

Martha Enzmann’s pursuits includes
painting, rug design, sculpture, photography, performance,
environmental and community work. She received a Bachelor
of Fine Arts from the University of Minnesota and Master
of Fine Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design,
where she was honored as Alumna of the Year in 1999. Her
work is included in many collections throughout the United
States. She works out of her studio in Todd, North Carolina.
